SMOOTHIE KING is looking for energetic, dependable, and customer-focused Team Members to join our growing team. As a Team Member, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience by preparing high-quality smoothies and food items, maintaining a clean and organized store, and providing fast, friendly service. If you enjoy working in a fun, fast-paced environment and are passionate about health and wellness, we'd love to have you on our team!
Previous experience working at Smoothie King, in a restaurant, coffee shop, or customer service environment is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Greet every guest with a friendly, positive attitude and provide outstanding customer service.
- Prepare smoothies, smoothie bowls, and food items according to Smoothie King standards.
- Accurately operate the POS system and process customer transactions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work environment at all times.
- Restock ingredients, cups, supplies, and merchandise throughout each shift.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Work efficiently with teammates during busy periods while maintaining quality and speed.
- Assist with opening, closing, and daily cleaning duties.
- Learn the menu and confidently recommend products to guests based on their health and fitness goals.
- Help maintain inventory by notifying management when supplies are running low.
- Support promotional campaigns and in-store marketing initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned to help the store operate successfully.
Qualifications:
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills are a plus.
- Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
